Common Questions
What if the AI gives a wrong answer?

AI only uses your uploaded documents. Upload more accurate documents to improve answers. If AI cannot find an answer, it says so and alerts you.

Can I reply manually to customers?

Yes! Reply from your phone directly anytime. You can also turn off Auto-Reply in Settings. The AI only responds when Auto-Reply is ON.

Will customers know it is AI?

The AI types with a natural delay. Most customers cannot tell. You control the tone through your uploaded documents and welcome message.

What if WhatsApp disconnects?

Auto-reconnects in most cases. If your phone WhatsApp is logged out, just scan the QR again from the WhatsApp Connect page.
