What if the AI gives a wrong answer?
The AI only answers from your uploaded documents. If it cannot find an answer, it will politely say so and alert you on WhatsApp. Uploading more accurate documents improves accuracy.
Can I take over a conversation manually?
Yes! Just reply from your phone directly. You can also turn off Auto-Reply in Settings anytime. The AI only responds when Auto-Reply is ON.
Will customers know they're talking to an AI?
The AI types with a natural delay and uses conversational language. Most customers cannot tell. You can customize the welcome message to be transparent or not — it's your choice.
What if WhatsApp disconnects?
The system auto-reconnects in most cases. If your phone battery dies or WhatsApp is logged out on phone, just scan the QR again from the WhatsApp Connect page. Takes 30 seconds.
